Colômbia Excelso is not a botanical variety, but rather a prestigious export classification that ensures uniform, larger grains (screen 15/16) and free of defects, guaranteeing a consistent profile throughout the year. This 100% Arabica lot combines the bright acidity of Caturra, the elegance of Typica, the consistency of Castillo, and the natural sweetness of Bourbon.
Cultivated on small family farms with entirely manual harvesting, the coffee benefits from slow maturation, resulting in greater complexity in the cup. In green, it stands out for its density and predictable behavior during roasting. After roasting, it reveals a medium to full body with a perfectly balanced and integrated acidity.
