Where can I buy Bastado Coffee Roasters products?

You can purchase our products at Bastardo Coffee Shop in Aveiro or through our online store, with deliveries throughout the national territory.

How can I place an order?

Create an account (or log in if you are already a customer), select the items you want, add them to your shopping cart, and follow the steps to complete your purchase.

What payment methods are available?

We accept Multibanco Reference, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and MB WAY.

Can I pick up my order at the physical store?

Yes, you can choose to pick it up at Bastardo Coffee Shop at Rua de Marques Gomes, 2, Loja J – 3800–202 Aveiro.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

For addresses in mainland Portugal and Spain, we guarantee delivery within 3 working days after transaction confirmation. For the archipelagos of Madeira and Azores, the delivery time is 5 to 10 working days. For international shipments, delivery may take between 3 to 8 working days. During peak seasons, processing may be subject to slight adjustments. However, we will make every effort to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Is shipping free?

For mainland Portugal and Spain, shipping is free on purchases of €35 or more. For the archipelagos of Madeira and the Azores, shipping is free on purchases of €50 or more. For international shipments, shipping is free on orders of €150 or more.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you have not yet made the payment, you can cancel the order by not completing the payment. If you have already paid, call +351 911 722 700 (call to national mobile network), from Monday to Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or send an email to bastardo@bastardo.pt. However, this change or cancellation may not be feasible, as we process orders quickly to ensure delivery within 72 business hours.

How do I return an order?

If you are not satisfied, you have 14 consecutive days (after receipt) to exchange or return the products. Contact our team at +351 911 722 700 (call to national mobile network), from Monday to Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or send an email to bastardo@bastardo.pt. If any component is missing or the product is not in perfect condition, we will not be able to issue a refund and the item will be returned to you

Can I place an order by phone?

We recommend that purchases be made through the website for confirmation of your shipping and billing details. However, we will always be available to support you throughout the process.

How do I choose a different delivery and billing address?

During the purchase process, you will be asked to define a billing address and, subsequently, the delivery location. It is at this moment that you will be able to enter the desired information.

What are the available delivery methods?

You can receive the order at the address you provide, or, after processing, you can also choose to pick it up in person at Bastardo Coffee Shop at Rua de Marques Gomes, 2, Loja J – 3800–202 Aveiro.

How do I register as a customer?

To register as a customer, fill in the fields with your personal data, confirm the accuracy of the information, and click "register". Finally, you will receive a confirmation email.

How can I recover my password?

If you cannot access your account, select the "forgot password" option and you will receive instructions in your email to set a new one.

My order arrived wrong or exchanged. What should I do?
