The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform that is available at the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Consumers may submit their complaints via the online dispute resolution platform.
Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes initiated by a consumer against a supplier of goods or provider of services concerning contractual obligations arising from sales or service provision contracts, concluded between the established supplier of goods and consumers residing in Portugal and the European Union, the consumer may resort to a Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity.
