In-Store Pickup

You can complete your orders online and choose to pick them up at our physical store in Aveiro – no queues or complications. Then, simply stop by Bastardo Coffee Shop at Rua de Marques Gomes, 2, Loja J – 3800–202 Aveiro.

Home Delivery

We collaborate with trusted partners to ensure your coffee always arrives safely. Deliveries are made exclusively on weekdays.

Estimated Delivery Times

Mainland Portugal and Spain: 1 to 4 business days;

Madeira and Azores: 5 to 10 business days;

International shipments: 3 to 8 business days.

Notice: These times are indicative. During periods of high demand, processing may be subject to slight adjustments.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, depending on the order.

Mainland Portugal and Spain:

Purchases of €35 or more: free shipping;

Purchases under €35: €7.

Madeira and Azores:

Purchases of €50 or more: free shipping;

Purchases under €50: €12.

International:

Purchases of €150 or more: free shipping;

Purchases under €150: €25.

Please note: Any customs fees or extra costs upon arrival are the customer's responsibility at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

As soon as your batch leaves our store, you will receive an email with the tracking code to follow the journey of your order in real-time. You can also check the shipping status in your Customer Area.
