Funded by Martha, Shady, and Elías, Forest Coffee was born with the mission of revealing the maximum expression of Colombian coffee through innovation, education, and fair trade, currently impacting around 250 producing families.
The Guava Banana lot is produced using selected Red and Yellow Caturra cherries, which undergo an anaerobic fermentation of 48 to 60 hours. This is followed by a two-phase drying process (sun and mechanical) with strict moisture control.
After an extended 30-day stabilization, the result is an exceptionally complex, fruity coffee with a perfectly balanced flavor definition in the cup.
