Forest Coffee is the result of a journey that began in 1995 and was consolidated with their entry into coffee cultivation in 2010. Following their first harvest in 2015, and driven by the challenges of the local market, Martha, Shady, and Elías turned innovation into the driving force behind the value of their coffees, aiming to bridge the gap between producers and roasters.

Officially founded in 2019, Forest Coffee was born with the mission to reveal the full potential of Colombian coffee through avant-garde processes, education, and sustainability. The company acts as a direct bridge to the international market, guided by transparency and fair trade. Today, Forest Coffee brings together approximately 250 farming families, leads several projects, and boasts a global network of partners.

Guava Banana coffee is produced using selected Red and Yellow Caturra cherries and undergoes anaerobic fermentation for 48 to 60 hours. This is followed by a 2-phase drying process (sun and mechanical), prolonged stabilization, and strict humidity control.

Before export, the coffee is sun-dried for 10 to 20 days and stabilized for 30 days. This process ensures greater balance and quality in the flavor, resulting in a complex and fruity coffee.
