If the products purchased online do not meet your expectations, you have 14 consecutive days (from the date of receipt) to exchange or return them.

What to Do Upon Delivery?

To ensure your protection and the security of the order, follow these steps:
Confirm that the packaging is in perfect condition;
If the packaging is damaged or appears to have been opened, do not accept the delivery.

How to Process an Exchange or Return?

If the items do not match your order or have any defects, the process is simple.

Prepare for Shipping

Place the products, well packaged, in the original packaging, attach a copy of the invoice, and send to:

Refunds

The value of the items will be refunded via the original payment method within a maximum of 10 working days after receipt of the products. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

Exchange or Return Conditions

Products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with all accessories or gifts included, and accompanied by the respective invoice or proof of purchase. We do not accept products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to misuse or inadequate storage. The entire process can be done by mail, with shipping costs borne by the customer, except in situations of direct responsibility of Bastardo Coffee Roasters.

When contacting us, please provide the order number and, if possible, attach photos of the packaging and items as you received them. Keep the original packaging. Without it, we cannot accept complaints for damages or irregularities. If any component is missing or the items are not in good condition, the refund will not be processed, and we will return the products in the condition in which we received them.
