Luís is the CEO and responsible for coffee roasting. He is the face behind the project's vision, ensuring that the space evolves without ever losing its identity. It is during roasting that one of his passions is revealed: there, the coffee gains soul, with each batch being conceived, tested, and adjusted until it reaches the ideal point. His presence is felt in every detail, always accompanied by the friendliness that makes all the difference.
Filipe is the head barista and an essential figure in the daily experience of our space. A coffee lover by nature, he transforms each extraction with his attention and detail, bringing consistency and soul to every cup. He stands out for his natural way of working and his contagious good humor.
Our junior barista, Francisco, is uncovering all the secrets of the art of coffee, evolving daily between practice and the intense rhythm of the space. As the calmest member of Bastardo, he brings the balance, attention, and serenity necessary for our daily lives.
Duarte is the newest member of the team and the bridge between what happens inside Bastardo and the outside world. Responsible for commercial marketing and communication, he transforms our daily lives into content and identity, ensuring that the coffee story is told and felt by all who follow us.
